Minecraft Death Note

Minecraft Death Note banner

A tense Minecraft event is coming where every player will be trapped inside a 100x100 world, and one random player will secretly be given a Minecraft book known as the Death Note.

That player’s goal is simple: eliminate as many people as possible without getting caught. Everyone else has to watch closely, think carefully, and figure out who the Death Note holder is before it is too late.

This is not just a PvP event. Running around swinging at random people is a great way to get yourself eliminated. Normal players can kill who they suspect, but if they kill the wrong person, they also die and are out for the round. So every accusation matters, every fight is risky, and every weird movement could make someone look guilty.

The player who correctly identifies the Death Note holder wins.

Event Format

100x100 world
One secret Death Note holder
Death Note holder tries to kill players without being noticed
Normal players must investigate and survive
Wrong kills eliminate the accuser
Correctly identifying the Death Note holder wins

Important Rules

At the start of each round, one player will secretly receive the Death Note book. Nobody else will know who has it.

The Death Note holder must try to eliminate players while staying hidden. They can lie, blend in, accuse others, or create chaos if they think it helps them survive.

Normal players are allowed to kill suspicious players, but they need to be careful. If they kill someone who is not the Death Note holder, they will also die and be eliminated from the round.

Players should not randomly kill people with no reason. This event is built around suspicion, strategy, and paying attention, not mindless PvP.

The round ends when the Death Note holder is correctly identified or eliminated.

Notes

This event is all about pressure. The Death Note holder has power, but also a giant target on their back if they make one bad move. Everyone else has numbers, but one wrong guess can instantly take them out.

Trust nobody too quickly. Accuse nobody too carelessly. Minecraft paranoia is about to become a competitive sport.
